There has been a really good sailfish bite off Mooloolaba this month. We fished it a few times, but the best day for us was Wednesday October 6, with BSFAC member Laurie Smith and his guest Trevor Gillmeister on board. There was acres of bait, hundreds of dolphins and we caught 3 sails that day and 2 the next morning.
